Viktor Yanukovych, President of Ukraine, shall address the Ukrainian people at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine next week.

Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, made this announcement, meeting the heads of the district state administration in Kyiv on Wednesday.

V.Lytvyn supposes that the address "will present the required state building plan."
